When this particular project hit Tiki King's desk, we weren't sure that this exotic conceptual idea was even possible. We decided to make a mockup of this structure out of bamboo skewers to see if it was feasible to construct this intricate ceiling design of eucalyptus poles. To make the project even harder, the imaginitive architect decided to design his very own eucalyptus chandelier hanging in the middle of our eucalyptus web. However the architect did not have any clue on how it was going to be constructed. The client reached out to Tiki King in hopes that this could done and like always, Tiki King made the impossible, reality. One of the highlights of this design was when Jeff A.K.A The King, designed the chandelier to be hung by rope in the middle of the structure as the architec and engineer were very concerned of it being blown away in high winds. Through Jeff's design the chandelier was free to move however the wind blows, free of any damage to itself or the structure. We look forward to many more projects like this in our future.
